In historical fiction, everything seems possible, normal, REAL but the setting is sometime in the past.

  • The characters might been fictional or based on real people.
  • The setting could contain real events from history or just depict everyday life during that time period.
  • The problems might seem like problems that you or your friends might have or they could be problems specific to that time period.

Historical fiction is exciting because it tells a story that could have happened or did happen in the past.
